Information we handle

Englishire may handle your name, email address, booking information, and information you provide in connection with conversations, feedback, practice, or support.

How we use it

We use information to manage bookings, provide online conversations and personal feedback/practice, respond to support requests, and operate and protect the service.

Service providers

Englishire uses Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for website hosting, usage analytics, and performance measurement. We may also use a third-party provider for online calls. Information may be sent to or processed by these providers as needed to provide their services. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe; Englishire does not intend to directly store your full card number.

Membership applications and accounts

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, learning goals, course interest, and application and approval status. We use Supabase to manage authentication and store applications. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored as plaintext by Englishire.
